Coach Esprit founded Pro 7 Sports Recruiting in 2019 after more than 25 years of coaching at the high-school and professional levels. His life and career have centered on supporting, developing, and mentoring student-athletes.
After watching too many talented athletes and families struggle to understand recruiting, miss opportunities, and give up on dreams they had worked years to pursue, Pro 7 was created to provide the guidance, access, education, and personal support families were missing.

What You Will Do
Be the Person Athletes and Parents Wish They Had
Educate and Interview Families
Schedule and conduct video interviews, explain the realities of recruiting, review the athlete’s situation, and help families understand their available options.
Enroll Qualified Families
Explain the Scholarship Success Program and enroll qualified athletes and families who are ready for hands-on recruiting guidance.
Mentor Athletes
Remain accessible, provide direction, encourage accountability, and support athletes throughout their recruiting journey.
Show Up in the Sports Community
Attend games, camps, showcases, practices, tournaments, and other athletic events while building relationships with coaches and families.
Teach Recruiting Seminars
Deliver educational recruiting seminars that help athletes, parents, coaches, schools, and organizations better understand the process.

Prior experience as an athlete, coach, sports professional, or someone actively connected to athletics is required. This opportunity is not designed for college students or applicants with no meaningful athletic background.
Performance-Based Compensation
Your Effort, Consistency, and Results Determine Your Income

Enrollment Commission
Earn 35% commission on every completed athlete enrollment. Enrollment commission is paid on the 15th of the following month.

Monthly Performance Base
Scouts may qualify for a $200 monthly performance base after meeting every required monthly and daily KPI.

Before entering the Pro 7 Performance Academy, selected candidates make a one-time $100 Training & Certification Investment.
This is not an application fee. It is paid only after an applicant is selected and offered the opportunity to move forward.

Work requirement: Minimum four hours per day, Monday through Saturday.
Probation and advancement: 60-day probation period followed by a 30-day promotional eligibility period.

From Application to Official Onboarding
Submit Application
Complete the application and provide accurate information about your sports, coaching, sales, and community experience.
Resume Review
Leadership reviews your background and professional fit.
Video Interview
Qualified applicants meet with leadership to discuss expectations, culture, compensation, and the one-time training investment.
Offer
Selected applicants receive an official offer to move forward.
Training Investment
Complete the one-time $100 Training & Certification Investment to enter the Academy.
Academy and Live Training
Complete Performance Academy coursework and five consecutive days of live online training.
Certification and Onboarding
Earn at least 75% on the certification test and complete official onboarding.

Is this a salaried or hourly position?
No. This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity.
Is there a cost to become a Certified National Scout?
Yes. After selection and an official offer, there is a one-time $100 Training & Certification Investment required before entering the Pro 7 Performance Academy. It includes live director training, Academy access, certification materials, scripts, role-play, Scout Command Center access, ongoing support, and official certification after successful completion. It is not a monthly fee, annual renewal, or franchise fee.
Is the $100 required just to apply?
No. There is no fee to submit the application. The one-time investment is required only after an applicant is selected, receives an offer, and chooses to begin training and certification.
Is the position remote?
Yes. Scouts may work online and in their immediate communities.
How much time is required?
A minimum of four hours per day, Monday through Saturday.

Yes. Prior experience as an athlete, coach, sports professional, or someone actively connected to athletics is required.
Is training provided?
Yes. Training includes five consecutive days of live online director training, Academy coursework, scripts, role-play, certification materials, and ongoing coaching.

Yes. Pro 7 promotes from within after consistent performance and completion of the 90-day probation and promotional eligibility period.
