Training & Certification
At Pro 7 Sports, we believe in providing our scouts with the highest quality training to ensure success. As a Certified National Scout, you’ll undergo comprehensive training that equips you with the necessary tools, knowledge, and strategies to excel in the recruiting world. Our certification process is designed to turn you into an expert in identifying talent, understanding the recruiting landscape, and effectively communicating with both athletes and coaches.
Evaluate Athletes
As a scout for Pro 7 Sports, your role will be centered around evaluating high school athletes and assessing their potential for collegiate sports. You’ll use your keen eye for talent to analyze athletes' skills, academics, and overall character, ensuring that they are a good fit for college programs. Your evaluations will play a critical role in matching athletes with the right college coaches, helping them reach their full potential and achieve their dreams of earning athletic scholarships.
Interview Athletes
The interview process is a key part of the recruiting strategy. As a Pro 7 Sports Recruiting scout, you’ll conduct interviews with athletes and their families to gain a deeper understanding of their goals, commitment, and fit for the recruiting process. You’ll provide valuable guidance to both the athlete and their parents, helping them navigate the recruiting journey.
Sign Athletes
The ultimate goal of every Pro 7 Sports Recruiting scout is to sign athletes who are ready to take the next step in their athletic and academic careers. As a scout, you will be responsible for enrolling athletes into our proven recruiting programs, ensuring they receive the exposure, resources, and support needed to connect with college coaches. You’ll be integral in the process of securing athletes a place in our recruiting platform, helping them move forward toward their college scholarship opportunities.

With the rise of the Transfer Portal, college coaches are now looking to fill spots with athletes who have already proven they can compete at the college level.NIL opportunities have opened new doors, but athletes need to be visible, proactive, and savvy to leverage those opportunities.Strategy is critical. Without it, athletes will be left behind.
Scout pay is second to none - Salary Range: $7,000 per month minimum.
